Where is your shop located and why is it not open to the public?

My shop is located in Broward county Florida.

It is not a retail location that is open to the public.

LPS LLC is a one man operation.

As much as I enjoy speaking with customers  interruptions would not be fair to those with work currently in the shop.

How do I call you?

The fasted way to contact me is by

Email or on social media.

How do I get work to you?

The best way is to send your projects to my mailing address located in the "Contact" section, YES even if you are local!

Sorry but this is the most efficient way of getting work directly to me.

I also have arrangements with some local FFL locations to perform various services.

If your preferred FFL does not offer my services, ask them why.

How Shipping Works

After you receive your quote, box up your frame (Complete or stripped), Please include a copy of your ID ( For log book and return shipping purposes), Your email/Username contact info and any build parts you want installed also. EX: If you are going to use a magwell that magwell MUST be included with your frame! Ship everything with your courier of choice to the mailing address on the contact page and thats it! I will notify you when the frame is logged in. ( Do not contact me just because your tracking info says delivered!)

What are your current lead times?

Lead times vary.  You will be given an estimated lead time with your quote.

How much does "X" service cost?

I do not offer cookie cutter packages that include options you may not want or need.

Please look at the "SERVICES" tab to help guide you with planning your project. Then Email or message me for a quote.

Hows my project? Is it done yet?

I communicate with customers through-out the entire process. Updates are given when your project is received, when its back from Cerakote, on the bench, shipping out, etc.

If you have not heard anything its safe to assume that there is no update.

The more I'm contacted asking for updates the more it delays your project and the project of others.

Can you do work like this?

I do not plagiarize other shops work.

If you prefer that shops work give them the business!

No.

In my entire professional career I have not seen one P80 that I would trust my life to.

I'm not going to perform my services on something just to take your money knowing there's a high possibility of that item failing.

Do you do Polymer 80's?

Do you provide Cerakote services?

All cerakote projects featured are done in collaboration with some of the best Cerakote applicators in the business.

That cost is forwarded directly to you with zero mark-up.

I make nothing from those services so you get the best price for your project.

I only require a deposit when custom artwork is requested.

A lot of time and effort goes into the design and layout of the project before it ever gets to the laser.

Deposit amount depends on the project and is not refundable.

Do you require a deposit?

I accept

Paypal, Venmo, CashApp and Zelle

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time the demand for polymer frame work and laser engraving services far out weighs other services previously advertised.

That said, installation of a variety of build parts you send in with your project will be installed at no cost.

Do you provide other services?
